The EADAP training programmes are based on the Synergy method. This is participative, collaborative training based on the action research method. It seeks to renew pedagogic practices at content and method level, improve the professional role of the trainees and to ensure continuous improvements are made to educational institutions.
Intercultural Dialogue: Specially designed training programme which includes activities for adults concerning intercultural communication. The programme aims towards facilitating coexistence within a multicultural society. The programme's experiential activities touch upon issues and skills adressed to the active citizen within the new social circumstances. The themes examined include: identity, culture, communication, use of visual aids, intercultural learning, leadership, stereotypes, discriminations, conflict resolution, loss management, etc.
Programmes of in-service training: These programmes are aimed at nursery schools and day nurseries with the aim of improving the educational services provided. These programmes are co-financed by the bodies involved in them.
Aesop: Training programmes promoting respect for diversity in the school environment.
Pyramid training: Multi-level training to coordinate school units, interactive training and dissemination of educational innovations in school regions.
Coordinate-Support-Train: Training programmes for staff of educational institutions in animation and HRM techniques.
Mentor: Annual training programme for adults' education and in-service training.
Steki: Aimed at staff at children’s creative occupation centres.
