The EADAP training programmes are based on the Synergy method. This is participative, collaborative training based on the action research method. It seeks to renew pedagogic practices at content and method level, improve the professional role of the trainees and to ensure continuous improvements are made to educational institutions.


EADAP believes that research contributes to a more complete knowledge of education and enables new pedagogical methods to emerge.
