Training
The EADAP training programmes are based on the Synergy method. This is participative, collaborative training based on the action research method. It seeks to renew pedagogic practices at content and method level, improve the professional role of the trainees and to ensure continuous improvements are made to educational institutions.
Research
EADAP believes that research contributes to a more complete knowledge of education and enables new pedagogical methods to emerge. It is thus actively involved in conducting and/or supporting research projects. Since 1992, it has engaged in the following research by itself or in cooperation with other bodies:
- “Data Analysis and Evaluation of the Newest Developments of Pedagogical Science in Preschool Education and of their Implications in the Organization and Function of Athens Municipal Creche, as well as Proposals for the Reorganization of its Services”
