The purpose of this program was to study the duties of officials (school counselors, coordinators, administrative employees) in preschool education and the strategies adopted to support and accompany innovative actions of pedagogues to improve conditions at preschool institutions. In order to achieve this objective existing pedagogical techniques were studied and new ones adopted in various countries in Europe such as Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia and Portugal. Systematic communication with partners in the program made a decisive contribution to highlighting those features of effective coordination.
