International workshop organized by EADAP at Egina, on June 7, 2008, as part of the 4th European Meeting of the Lifelong Learning Programme / Grundtvig Learning Partnerships European program, entitled “Parent-Teacher Partnership for Children’s Transition to School”. Representatives from five countries (Northern Ireland, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic) presented best practices implemented in schools, aiming towards children’s smooth transition to elementary school.
