This book is comprised by the papers presented at the workshop entitled “Respect for Diversity”, and held on February 7, 2004 by EADAP and the Municipal Day Care Centers Directorate of the Municipality of Athens. The book features articles written by representatives of the fields of academia, journalism and the arts who participated in the workshop. However, its content is mainly focused on the Aesop in-service training program in inter cultural education, which has been implemented for one year at the 5th and 6th Municipal Day Care Centers of the Municipality of Athens. The key principles, methodology, main topics and results of the program are presented.
