Adult Education Scheme entitled “Knowing me Knowing you” (02-GRC01-S2G01-00062-1, 03-GRC01-S2G01-00035-2 and 04-GRC01-S2G01-00018-3). Between 2002 and 2004 in cooperation with Slovakia, Norway, Ireland, the UK, Denmark and Lithuania. The objective of this European project is to bring adult educators from all of Europe into contact, whether they work in formal or informal education, to improve their knowledge about intercultural education and to develop a set of educational best practices. Through seminars and workshops the keys to intercultural education were identified and new adult education methods developed. The workshops focused on intercultural education, the New Europe, democracy and identity.
