Adult Education Scheme entitled “European Summer Academy” (02-GRC01-S2G01-00066-1 and 03-GRC01-S2G01-00040-2). From 2002 to 2003 in cooperation with Romania, Germany, Poland, Holland, Northern Ireland, Denmark, Latvia and Belgium.

This project placed particular emphasis on innovative approaches to inter cultural education and improved educational approaches for socially or economically disadvantaged groups. It was based on the belief shared among all participating bodies that one of the main missions of the EU should be to reduce social exclusion. The Summer Academy served as a type of European experimental workshop providing trainees and educators with the chance to participate in creative artistic workshops, lectures and seminars.
