The purpose of this research was a) to highlight transition problems using educator-friendly methods and tools and b) to explore intervention approaches which primarily relate to preparation from the preschool age. The research team was comprised of an academic from the Dept. of Education and Preschool Education, a nursery school teacher and three teachers. The results of this research have been published as follows:
